Day 1 Friday 15th January 2010
G’Day! Welcome to Australia
On arrival in Sydney, you will be greeted by a Pure Tiyulim representiveand transferred to your tour. In the late morning we take a highlightsof Sydney tour which include: the Sydney Harbour Bridge, Guided tour ofThe Opera House and a visit to the Jewish Museum and Great Synagogue. Inthe evening we make preparations for Shabbat, followed by services andour Shabbat eve dinner.
Day 2 Saturday 16th January 2010
Today we spend Shabbat with the Sydney Jewish Community including a specialKiddush. In the afternoon, there is the option of a walking tour of Bondiand Sydney’s beautiful beaches, or simply take in the sounds andwarmth of a downunder summer.
Day 3 Sunday 17th January 2010
This morning we travel by Coach to the Blue Mountains. The Blue Mountainsare home to some of Australia’s most beautiful country side and wildlife.We stop at the Three Sisters rock formation, then travel on the worldssteepest railcar into an ancient rainforest and enjoy lunch “BushStyle” before returning back to the coach and onto the FeatherdaleWildlife Park. This afternoon you have the chance to interact with someof Australia’s amazing wildlife including Kangaroo’s, Koala’s,Dingo’s and more. This is a great day to have your photo taken hugginga Koala or feeding a Kangaroo.
Day 4 Monday 18th January 2010
Today is your “You decide” Day
- Tackle the Sydney Bridge Climb and take in the breath takingviews of the city as the sun rises or sets
- Cruise on Sydney’s famous harbour and see the city fromthe water
- Take in some of Australia’s best shopping in the cosmopolitandowntown of Sydney
- Travel to the Wildlife Parks of Sydney’s east suburbs
- Enjoy the Summer heat and beach lifestyle of Sydney’s vibrantcity

Day 5 Tuesday 19th January 2010
This morning we have an early flight at 9.30am to Ayers Rock. Upon arrival,we are transferred to our hotel before a tour of the Outback. We arriveat Uluru reserve and learn the mythical Abronigal stories about Ayers Rock.See the amazing colour changes as the sun sets on Ayers Rock. Tonight weenjoy dining under the stars, experiencing the 'Sounds of Silence' dinnerwhich is a night you will not forget.
Day 6 Wednesday 20th January 2010
This morning we take a guided walk to the base of Ayers Rock. We thenboard our coach as we travel onto Alice Springs; stopping en route at acamel farm where you will have the chance to ride a camel (Own Expense)in the Red Centre of Australia. On arrival in Alice Springs, enjoy a towntour including the Telegraph Station, the Royal Flying Doctor Service Baseand the 'dry' Todd River before a unique Aussie Outback Camp Oven BBQ Dinner.
Day 7 Thursday 21st January 2010
This morning we board our domestic flight bound for Melbourne city. Wetransfer to our hotel in the afternoon and start to take in the buzz ofcultural Melbourne.
Day 8 Friday 22nd January 2010
This morning we enjoy a city tour of Melbourne. Highlights include Melbourne’sbusy St. Kilda Beach, a chance for some fun at Luna Park, exploring CulturalFederation Square and the Holocaust Museum of Melbourne. We then traveldown the majestic Great Ocean Road and take in the Twelve Apostles. Hereyou will see breath taking views of one of Australia’s most populartourist attractions. In the evening we make preparations for Shabbat, followedby services and our Shabbat eve dinner.
Day 9 Saturday 23rd January 2010
Today we spend Shabbat with the Melbourne Jewish Community. There willbe the option of partaking in a guided walking tour, featuring St. Kildaand the sites and the sounds of summer in Melbourne.
Day 10 Sunday 24th January 2010
This morning we start with recapping the highlights of our past 17 daysbefore transferring to Melbourne International Airport for your internationalflight home.
