A truly amazing tour to Europe celebrating exquisite cuisine and exploring some of the biggest name vineyards the “old world” has to offer.
Pure Tiyulim presents an exciting tour of Europe with the perfect mix of local attractions, beautiful hotels, some of Europe’s best kosher vineyards, kitchens, and expert knowledge.
Your discerning kosher cuisine and wine connoisseur, Jay Buschsbaum, travels with you, giving you expert knowledge on the complex art of food and wine matching and answering your many questions over sumptuous dinners that tempt even the most discerning palette.
This tour includes:
- Excursions to a variety of exquisite vineyards, many including complementary wine tasting at the “cellar door”;
- Guided tours to small village markets accompanied by local chefs as they source only the freshest daily produce from small local growers and suppliers who have farmed the areas for centuries.
- Numerous field-trips to the most famous tourist sites in picture-postcard locations throughout Europe.

Itinerary
Day 1
We begin our tour of Europe bound for Paris, France. . . BONJOUR!!
Upon arrival in Paris you are welcomed by a Pure Tiyulim representive. Transfers to our hotel are made. Perhaps an opportunity to explore a little of the city in the afternoon at your leisure before we all meet for our welcome dinner this evening.
Day 2
Highlights of Paris
We spend the day visiting the key sights of this beautiful, romantic city. Highlights of Paris include the Eiffel tower, Arc de Triomphe and a cruise down the river Seine. Our picnic by the Eiffel Tower sets the scene for an epicurean adventure and completes our morning before having the afternoon in Paris at your leisure.
Day 3
Travel to Champagne Wine Region and Markets
This morning, over breakfast, we meet our local French chef tutor before boarding our coach bound for the famous “Champagne Wine Region”. Our Chef tutor travels with us and takes us to various small village markets en route. Each stop we make we gather ingredients for our afternoon cooking lesson. Dinner is created and served by our group and perfectly matched with local wines.
Day 4
Vineyards in the region
Today we enjoy all that the Champagne Wine Region has to offer. We board our coach to visit the local vineyards meeting the winemakers and learning the techniques for making the perfect glass of Champagne. Laurent Perrier features on our tour with a picnic lunch served in a vineyard.
Day 5
Champagne to Asti 7
We board our coach this morning as we begin our drive from Champagne to Asti, Italy. While en route we make several stops at various local markets and meet with speciality food makers along the way. When we arrive in Asti preparations have been made for our formal dinner with local wines courtesy of Bartenura Vineyard.
Day 6
Asti to Rome - Preparations for Shabbat
Our early start this morning puts us on the road bound for Rome! Our route gives us an inside look into Italian Coffee before arriving in Rome and making preparations for Shabbat. Our hotel is centrally located close to The Great Synagogue of Rome and the historic sights of the surrounding area.
Day 7
Shabbat - The Great Synagogue of Rome
This morning, having had the opportunity to go to The Great Synagogue of Rome with a special Kiddush, you can partake in an optional walking tour of Rome’s historic sights including the Arch of Titus and colosseum. We have a late dinner at a local restaurant with an opportunity to sample some amazing fresh-made pasta.
Transfer to the airport
Breakfast will be served in the morning before transfers to the airport for your return flight home.
